为啥我电脑接收的email，下载信件中图片后，老是无法打开？

1/接受email，并下载

 

2/下载后是这样了，

 

 

3/打开后

 

 

4/我电脑中已转Adobe 的其他文件可以打开

为啥email来的文件（只是手机截屏发的email照片、无转Adobe），现在都不能打开下载了？

5/我按错了什么东西了吗？
