酱爆菜脯五花肉

菜脯(萝卜干)咸香清甜，口感很好，适合煎蛋，拌炒，熬汤。五花肉煎出油脂后加入菜脯，甜椒，辣椒，蒜片拌炒，加豆瓣酱，生抽，老抽，糖调味即可。
