夏日粤式家常菜两样：百花酿丝瓜和杂蔬炒鲜果

虾胶也称为百花胶，是以虾仁打制而成，适合众多菜式。虾胶加上应季的丝瓜给人带来爽滑的口感而且色泽淡雅，悦目也赏味。

这道菜注意的一点是丝瓜易熟，水开后大火蒸8分钟即可，否则容易塌陷。

盛夏也是水果飘香的季节，新鲜的水果让人食欲大增，水果可以生吃也可以入膳，色彩缤纷果香天然。

水果入膳，自古有之。

宋人有一菜方，曰蟠桃饭，采取山桃，用淘米水煮熟，滤去水，放入水中。去掉桃核，等粥饭沸腾上涌时，将桃放入稍微同煮。蓝婆婆虽未尝试但是看方已然让人心动。

原材料，水果和果仁按照自己喜欢即可，稍稍盐、稍稍糖，最后撒上炒香的芝麻。
