纱窗的销子怎么换

完全锈蚀死了，拔不出来，有什么高招，

另外这玩意儿英文叫什么，不知道准确名词就查不到, 试了screen retainer, screen pin, 都不对。

话说这些东西发明出来的时候不考虑未来的修理和替换的吗？明白着风吹雨打会锈死的。
