咸肉菜饭

上海咸肉菜饭、吉利鱼排、白菜粉丝鸡汤

菜饭：五花咸肉切片略煎逼出油脂，加米煮到水基本收干

加入上海青、调味再闷10分钟～～～～香！

吉利鱼排：鱼加味腌制，用面包糠压紧煎到焦黄
