尖儿椒干豆腐

这个主要是食材，辣椒是薄皮尖椒，不能是普通青椒，也不是墨西哥辣椒。

豆腐皮不是薄百叶、也不是豆干，是东北的干豆腐。

炒的时候就是葱蒜，加一点点水让干豆腐别干了，尖椒别过软，最后一个薄薄的芡。

 

 

干豆腐又软又滑，尖椒辣得到位，就很好吃。这个菜在外面中餐馆很多用墨西哥辣椒的。
