现身说法，俺中招了

昨天出的结果，中了。上个月下旬刚打过辉瑞的booster。
去测的时候没一点儿症状，只是为节假日旅行访友做个安全防范。这下旅行全取消了。

拿到结果的当天开始有轻微症状，喉咙痒，头有些疼，疲倦瞌睡。晚上睡眠很不好，偶尔轻微干咳。昨天开始喝airbone，大量的水果，苹果居多。

今天觉得开始好转了，在家工作。继续喝airbone，吃水果

作为高危人群的中老年大叔，感觉打疫苗还是对减轻症状有帮助。小心防范，但也没必要恐慌。
