Yes. run your tractor twice will breaks all the leaf and they will become fertilize. 21 hp 42寸 is good enough, if 46" it seems too big when you want to turn around at corner. 21hp is the power, if less than this, sometimes if after rain, it may not able runs well due to the ground is soft.
