今天的包子实在是太好吃了，上来分享一哈

面：一杯温水加酵母粉，化开，一点一点倒入2杯多all purpose flour里, 一边加水，一边朝一个方向搅拌，揉成团，等面醒发。

馅：比较肥的猪肉碎+生姜粉+蒜粉+五香粉+生抽+甜面酱+盐+少许糖，然后按大概2：1的肉水比例加鸡汤，按一个方向搅动，直到肉馅搅上劲儿。加入剁碎的小葱(剁出汁），再搅匀。这时候闻肉馅判断咸淡决定是否再加盐。说到这里，原来东北有个朋友教我如何通过闻来感知盐是不是够，屡试不爽，只是感觉这东西无法言传。大家若不知道，只能用嘴尝尝了。

馅好了，面也就差不多了，好好揉一揉，开包。

包好后二次醒发，上热水锅蒸，汽起来蒸30分钟。去火，静置5分钟再揭盖。

不是汤包，但蒸出了汤包的效果，味道非常好，比专业的包子铺店的包子还好吃！

 

看，醒发好的，准备上锅了。

 

刚出锅的。小包子变成了大胖子。

汤汁满满！

好好吃

再搭配一碗红油辣子，用来做红油+蒜泥+醋=蘸水
