花菇馒头

刚才谢谢同学们配合俺的皮案子坑。

不过涅，感觉这次俺做的花菇馒头还是很成功哒。

味道带一点淡淡的甜，面团发起得也很松软。

这个是生胚

这个馒头是鲜奶馒头的变形版，我觉得自己平时做可以直接做鲜奶馒头：

配方如下：

1 牛奶15CL

2 速发酵母粉4克

3 砂糖30克

4 中筋面粉300克

5 植物油（花生、橄榄、混合都可）2TSP

温水入笼发酵法：

把馒头胚子放入蒸笼中，盖上盖子。然后置于水温40摄氏度的锅上，将面团发酵至原来的1.5倍大；

中火蒸18分钟左右；关火后静置5分钟后再掀盖。

鲜奶馒头的口感跟我们原来在国内餐厅里吃到的馒头味道差不多。
