什么都是比出来的

经过对比，我认为美心莲蓉蛋黄月饼胜过美心白莲蓉蛋黄月饼。

莲蓉和白莲蓉的区别，那天网友指点，说莲蓉是用不去皮的莲子，加红糖炒。所以按理说白莲蓉更细腻，因为去了皮。

但我试吃对比，感觉莲蓉的味道层次更丰富，不是单一的甜腻，舌尖一点若有若无的淡淡苦味，反而更加回味无穷。传统果然胜过革新。
