酸菜牛肉粗粉

粗粉是桂林米粉 头天晚上开水泡 着

酸菜是南方酸菜， 泰国产的， 清水冲洗，切丝

牛肉  飞刀薄片

小溪花生一碗

炸酥黄豆（没有）

做法： 豆豉蒸排骨的浮油下锅， 炒酸菜丝 炒软后， 加 水或高汤， 调味， 水开3分钟后， 入薄牛肉片， 划散 关火。

同时， 煮昨晚泡软的桂林粉， 开后3-5分钟关火， 时间别太长

将粉挑入器皿， 浇入酸菜牛肉汤  一勺 油泼辣子， 一勺 剁辣椒 （俺夏天做的， 现在已经酸了， 味道很好）

最后撒花生

口感幼滑筋道 酸辣鲜香， 层次丰富，酸菜的酸， 剁辣椒的酸， 牛肉的 香， 花生的香脆， 油泼辣子的辣，剁辣椒的辣， 粗粉的口感～～～～

拌一下似乎颜色更好看
