Closing walk through 时如果卖主还没搬走的情况该怎么操作?

马上就要close了. Final walk through要within 48hours of before closing. 今天我的agent提到卖主有可能在我们final walk through 时还没有vacant. 合同里也没有提到
对final walk through 的任何要求, 只是说在closing时卖主要搬出并交钥匙.当时
inspection时卖主有大量东西堆在地下室和车库挡住了很大区域无法检查. 所以非常希
望在final walk through时房子能够empty.

我的agent提到也许/可能让我的律师在closing 时escrow一些钱当作押金,在我们做
2nd walk through 无任何问题后再支付.

我也听说有人一定要等到房子vacant 后做final walk through,甚至在closing前几个
小时才做完.我的情况是卖方非常希望按时close, 我的时间要求比较灵活. 但卖方拿着
我的deposit.
请教诸位的建议.多谢.
