京味儿——农家菜铁锅焖饼

就是葱花，土豆，扁豆，西红柿，快焖熟的时候先放蒜末，再放剩烙饼，盖盖焖，饼吸足了西红柿和土豆沙的汤。

西红柿要用土种的，不然没西红柿味儿这一锅端就没灵魂了。
