下A片电脑被感染，求助！

各种programs运行开始缓慢，尤其是web browers (firefox or IE，需好几分钟打开，很容易就死).那位高人给个建议？
本人试过多种方法，均无效（defragmentation,Norton (found a low-level virus infection),deleted
all TEMP files;Spydoctor）
