Yes. Hard work without professional knowledge might create more messes than help. This is a dilemma I am seeing everyday: business wants to hire professionals to do the tough jobs but laymen always say they can do it. However they only say it. They know that they do not have the chance. The technologies have been perfected to such a degree that only a few capable people who are able to learn from their daily work can really master them.
