很郁闷

买到了很辣的青椒，炒了个青椒土豆丝，看了鲍勃哥家的土豪排骨，于是也扔了几粒豆豉进去。

好吃极了，光靠这个都甩了两碗白饭。

然后发现土豆丝下饭 = 碳水+碳水。

对自己身体的负疚感骤升。

但就是架不住好吃。

还好之前出去走加跑了一小时，稍微补偿了一点。

水煮西兰花健康，谁稀罕吃水煮西兰花啊；土豆丝加米饭不健康，可是好吃啊。

人生如此苍茫。。。
