溜肉片

一直想学东北菜锅包肉，但是看了看网上的教程，还是缺少原材料土豆淀粉。

看来看去，发现广东人爱吃的菠萝咕咾肉、北京人爱吃的糖醋里脊跟锅包肉的做法都差不多。

不过咕咾肉的肉块最小，糖醋里脊肉块稍大，锅包肉的肉片最大。

虽然都是糖醋味道，但是觉得锅包肉的味道最香，估计跟炸肉的技巧关系还是比较大。

原材料不够，只好做了糖醋溜肉片。
