Use Ultra Thin Coaxial Cable

You can buy ultra thin coaxial cable from Amazon. It is much easier to manipulate it than regular coaxial cable. Its color is black, though. But you can easily hide it or paint it.

This is a straightforward way, no damage to the wall.
