need help!

My sister-in-law just wrote me an email asking for help as below. She is in Wuxi China. Can you give me any idea or suggestion what I can do?

这次拆迁,根本没有法、理可讲，昨天告知我：在未达成补偿协议以前，要帮助我搬迁！美其名欲，实则就是强行拆迁！真相国人都知道，但改变不了！能否通过外网舆论，制止斜气？能否帮助想些办法？着急！
