气人！刚打电话去讨credit card的late fee，踢到铁板了！

我前一阵子身体有点问题，一张credit card的账单没注意到，忘了付了。其实那上面就$39，due day是12月6日。我昨晚想起来了，赶紧上信用卡公司的网站给付了，今天payment就在他们的系统里被posted。说来我也就迟了两天，也不是一大笔钱，我跟那个representative好说歹说，让她免了我这一次，身体问题的原因也都跟她说了，她死活不同意。我要求跟她的supervisor说话，她说她可以request her supervisor to call me back。我这张卡都用了十年了，就这回迟了两天，他们就不依不饶，我这气啊！我跟她说你们这次要不给我waive掉，我以后就不用这卡了。那人居然说：那你要不要现在把账号关掉？NND~ _:mad:

我看看他们supervisor什么时候给我打电话。实在是气不顺！各位给支个招好不？
