酱爆肉片

薄猪肉片用蚝油，沙茶酱爆炒特别的香，很下饭的菜式。

火锅用的薄肉片

加点洋葱，辣椒，蒜，金针菇

用蚝油，生抽，糖，料酒腌制

芝麻叶，烫软的卷心菜用来裹肉

加一大匙沙茶酱爆炒
