疫情下的圣诞节晚餐，帝王蟹三吃。

周末去中超买菜，石斑鱼已然下市，原本的鱼缸里只剩最后一只帝王蟹了。买了回家，7磅，做圣诞晚餐吧。

帝王蟹解开后，去鳃，去胃，抽掉沙线。

龙口粉丝用水泡软，垫在盘子上，蟹脚用刀削去一层皮放在粉丝上，上屉大火10分钟，蒸蒜蓉粉丝。

蟹身躲成块，粘面粉煎熟，放入葱姜，烹料酒成葱姜帝王蟹。

蟹壳内蟹黄不少，加入2个鸡蛋，加入适量温水，打散。上屉蒸大火蒸10分钟，成蟹黄蒸蛋。

当然，少不了娃喜欢的牛排。

最后，拍个黄瓜爽口。
