印象中排骨的肉是很嫩的，但我买的餐馆套餐里的海带排骨汤，里面多数的排骨都是一咬一口渣，这是为什么？

套餐里的油焖大虾，大虾的腿都被剪了，让人剥起来有难度。虾背开了但虾肠没挑干净。

 

套餐里的五个菜味道都不错。
