For 2021 for each retiree:   (For two retires, X 2).

Medicare（for retiree）　Part　A，free．Part　B，～$１５３(payable to social security addmin).　　(Not Medicaid, which is for low incomers.) 　　

If you choose Medicare Advantage (HMO)　provided by Med Insurance Co : your premium cost will be 0.  So total cost is 0+153.

If you choose Medicare Supplument (PPO): your premium cost will be ~187 (pay to medical insurance co), plus $25 - $90 for medicine.  So your total cost is 187+153+25 or more. 

If you are like 无主席，Noworry， with top class income (probably ＄２００K）, you may pay more.

If you have special needs or like to have topbrass service, you may pay more. 

Other:

Deductable is dependent which programs.  For HMO, not much Deductable.
