请教亲们： 房子对着小区的很短的路算路冲吗？详情见内

有一房子前面左边对着小区里的小路，不是大门对着路，小路两边各有四家，对面一家，因为路太小，路口没stop sign. 这种房子能买吗？算不算路冲？谢谢！
