公寓搬走时没打扫干净？

有损坏？地主不敢没理由就扣 deposit.

几年前，有个租客损坏了墙面，也懒得自己修补（大概搬去其它城市了）,PM就扣了deposit,找人来搞。多出的deposit也没给租客。
