显摆（无糖版笋干烧肉）及运动贴汇总

无糖版的红烧肉，一样好吃，色泽也不错

用酱油炒色：锅里放大概1小匙的油，放酱油，多点（等下调味就少放点），看到起泡，到入飞了水洗干净了的五花肉(大概700克左右)，翻炒，一直炒到上色，跟用糖炒上色一样的色度，加150毫升的龙舌兰酒Tequila（其他酒也行，我个人喜欢龙舌兰），再翻炒，看到酒挥发了一半，放姜块，泡好的笋干，加水没过，再放点酱油，盖盖，大火烧开后，转小火，到耙软， 期间，最后20分钟时放蒜瓣，最后收汁.

红烧肉，汁要收干(看到剩的都是油了)，成色，口感才会好

泡笋干：我用慢炖锅的保温档，加水泡，一个晚上就泡开了

这一碗够我吃3-4顿，我把今天中午吃的分出来，其他的分装于保鲜盒冷冻，每周拿一盒出来，限食：）

 

 

今天中午吃的，装碗时就跟自己说目标是吃完后面那盘青菜，哈哈

 

主要想显摆的是这个，朋友二狗娘跟我寄来的笋干，火锅苕皮，都是我喜欢的，还放了包青菜，说我村里估计是买不到的，要我尝尝，为了这包青菜，用了overnight shipping, 前天寄出来，昨天就收到了，太谢谢了.笋干还是她从广西扛回来的：）

 

昨天收到后，我就把笋干泡上了，昨天晚上炒了半包青菜，一大盘，跟老公两个吃光光的，哈哈

今天特殊日子，上午的运动量就没往常大，跟着Keep做了一组“腹肌撕裂者强化”，然后40分钟Spinning， 本来是想外面快走一个小时，代替spinning，但早上下了点雨，只好在家spinning . 我一般不HIIT时，才去外面快走，当休息，但一个月也就那么一两次.

在健坛发的跟运动有关的贴，基本上也差不多了，各针对性的部位都有贴过, 及基本上我每周每天做的都有贴过，大致都那样，不同的是有时我会根据当周当天情况调整一哈.

要跟老公去欧洲度假晒太阳，得准备及打包. 为了让自己在海滩上晒着不会白花花的，趁着连续几天大太阳，在小区湖边沙滩上连晒三天，比基尼印子都晒出来了，LOL，还要继续晒. 再加上5月底-9月底出门旅行时间也多，夏季来临，家庭聚会时间也增多，接下来上网发帖的时间就得减少了
