任何检查都要有的放矢，Cardiac cath只有在:1.Stress echo or Thallium stress test... 已经显示出可逆性（reversible)的心肌缺血；同时 2.这个病人接受进一步的手术治疗（CABGor PTCA)的情况下才做。
