地板，真让我纠结呀！

本来昨天在各位的热心答复后，我基本上有了点谱，可今天看了梅影强烈推荐unfinished地板，我又六神无主了。问题
1，人工费大概多少？
2，油漆味需多久能散去？
3，材料费？
