嚼春第二口----初尝婆婆丁

最近看了些中国东北农村生活的视频，他们把蒲公英叫做婆婆丁，吃得很开心。

多年前在我们当地也见过南朝鲜女人在公园采这个。早知道能吃，也知道苦，从没正式当菜吃过。

昨天见后院有不少早春新发生的蒲公英，看上去正当食。

 

摘洗不太容易

 

每棵内芯都有花蕾形成了

 

看着跟东北人和朝鲜人采食的品相差不多。

 

我用开水汆烫一下，过凉水。按自己口味凉拌。有点像朝鲜小菜，免辣。

 

挺清爽，微苦但能接受。口感一般，纤维感明显，适合磨牙。

 

总体感觉没有惊艳，但可偶尔一吃。
