现在纽约和加州华人会计事务所的主力

几乎全都是大陆来的半路出家的会计。拿政府规定的最低工资，没福利，干得比牛都累，包括清洁办公室和搬运文件箱，还有老板娘在一旁监工，多吃饭5分钟都找白眼。
有这种工作保底，所以会计还是容易找工作。

If these people say that they love accounting jobs, then I will believe. I am not working in Chinatown or Big 4. My job is just the average, not high paid(50K or above) or low paid (below 30K). I have my license but still feel miserable about my accounting career.
Actually anyone with a high school diploma, average talent, if he/she has the chance to work in any accounting firm with a hard-working attittude, he/she will most likely be a good accountant.
The most important thing for accounting students is not how smart they r, but how to enter a big firm! Unfortunately the chances for Chinese will never get a good standing in this point.
