why don't you go to a Big 4's office, wait at the front door around the lunch hours, and just count how many Chinese are getting in and out for lunch? They are not the ones you can confused with ABCs, Japanese, or Koreans. They look very Chinese, just like you and me.

In the States, if you want to work for a big company, OF COURSE you will need to sacrify more than others to make things happen. Don't just look for all the excuses around and make it sound like a mission impossible for you. If that many Chinese have successfully got in Big 4, why can't you? And what are the things that they have but you don't? Just luck? probably not.
