you mean 99% Chinese in Big4 got in by luck? When you say things like this, you are just insulting those hard-working Chinese in Big4.

Yes, Americans have their connections, but not most of them. For many of the junior American staffs in my office, their family are so proud of their children to make to big firms as well. What made them here? The same thing: hard-working.

If we Chinese only focused on how much advantages the Americans have over us: English, connection, legal status, etc., we would never succeed here in the States. Your career, is just like a personal battle for yourself. If you can only see your enemy's power, I guess the only thing you can do is to waive the white flag.
