99% are lucky

A lot of my American classmates, their family have networks. It is easy for them to find persons they know in Big4, in IB, in Banks... just like how the Chinese graduates find jobs in China!

When you, your childeres, perhaps your grand children have been living in US for decades, they will for sure know a lot people and have a good network.
