Those Americans cant get a job in Big4 either

When you hold a college degree, do you think you really deserve it, or you just deserve the credits you earned in the classroom? Do you think you can talk about a serious topic in English with full confidence? Do you think you have a good undertanding of American's traditions, customs, culture, etc.?

A college degree is not everything. Most Chinese are good at taking exams, or I should say, good at taking multiple-choice exams. Do you think your success on crossing down some A, B, C, D and E will make you ready for the real world?
