我举的这个例子确实很小，但这是很多negative表现之一，

之前还发生过季度末，因为一个几百米的deal，我周末打电话让她跟一下（这个deal,我们的CEO甚至都在询问）她很生气的事情 （我们很少加班，一个季度可能就一两个周末而已，每次最多也只有一两个小时）。

这次的事情影响到整个team，我确实不舒服。发上来，就是想听听大家的说法，如果是自己的问题，我也会改进。
