市场归来

去了一趟传统市场逛海鲜摊，买了一公斤小扇贝，一公斤蛤蜊，一共折美金8刀。物美价廉的生猛货。

扇贝壳上长的牡蛎和壳里吐出来的小螃蟹。

放进滚水里加盐／料酒／姜烫开口。

蛤蜊也一样烫开口即刻捞起。

可以做好几道菜了
