虾苗菜脯炒蛋

香辣虾苗菜脯除了用来送粥/拌饭/捞面/下酒，炒鸡蛋也是很美味的。

2-3大匙虾苗菜脯和鸡蛋/葱花/胡椒粉/精盐一起打散。2-3大匙油烧热，倒进蛋液以旺火快速拌炒至刚刚凝固即可。
