都在说皮蛋，咸鸭蛋有人喜欢吗？

上个月团购了些鸭蛋，第一次做了咸鸭蛋，这是37天以后的，蛮好。

分了些给朋友，余下的下个月LD带到加州去送家人。（还好不是皮蛋。。。“兜你皮蛋”的意思是对人实施暴力）

我是参照油管干腌的，没有中国白酒用了伏特加酒。据说出油的关键是放太阳底下晒。7月太阳下晒得我心惊胆颤，心想“会晒坏吗”，晒了大约3小时。

咸鸭蛋过泡饭是经典，炖肉饼子也好吃。
