怀疑邻居criminal的干活，what is next?

原因: 之前被builder的contract warn twice: "your neighbor is a very, very bad person".
某朗人，年轻不工作一直生孩子仨了，有全职babysitter, 妻貌似工作。garage内外塞满豪车有保时捷跑车炫酷摩托etc，房子外观各种炫富装修整小区(中低收入区)no 1, 在本小区持出租房。当然不太舒服，contract看到了啥会断定very bad呢? 武器? 如果不是新屋简直怀疑他家地下室是不是囚禁了人? 那时他和baby女儿在家老婆出门，还是说他是个儿童abuser被看到? what would you do? 1. Not my business leave them alone 2. Move now! 3. Stop being bothered, try search what type of real person they are? 4. just pray safety before can move. 5. Come on this is overthinking. Very bad could mean just not-nice.
