我从来不这样：

经常看到有人这么做：

 

1、看到自己喜欢的菜，就把自己看饿了，看馋了。一定要尽快折腾出来满足自己的食欲。

 

我看到自己喜欢的菜，如果发现买不到，就忘了，极少会自己去做。

 

2、吃了一样很好吃的东西，就忍不住要一买再买，虽然知道这东西很不健康，很容易增肥。

 

如果买到了自己很喜欢吃的东西，我一个人吃完整份，彻底满足了食欲，就不会再买了。至少等一年后，或几年后才有冲动想再买。

 例子：我从来不买Starbucks的东西，有时别人请我，给我买了一杯，我觉得挺好喝，都喝完了，但我自己不会再去买。

 

原因在这里：

 

这几个店我从来不去，卖的都是令人上瘾的junk，是商人用来赚取稳定收入的鸦片。
