sorry my computer is very strange today, it doesn't allow me to input Chinese.

I used WesternUnion in the past, but they only accept cash. XOOM was online and no service fee for amount below $3000. 

I saw another company called Remitly, but not sure how reliable it is. That's why I asked around here.
