Please respect those individuals who are willingly to sacrifice

After two months in the ocean, the first group of pilgrims finally came to the US through Mayflower in November 1620. After their first cold winter in Cape Cod MA, only 4 women pilgrims among a group of 102 survived. Why ? Because many mothers  starved and froze  themselves to  death in order to save children.  

Now regarding  the words of deputy governor of TX , he says his generation is not afraid of death, but the collapse of this country. He suggests that his generation is willingly to sacrifice  for the young people to have a better future. He didn't  say  we  should stop treating old people, or force  old people to give up their chances for treatment.

These two examples show the best of human nature. You may not agree with him and president Trump, but please show some respect.
