俺报个医生眼里健康的腰肥标准吧

我们是亚裔，男90厘米以下，女80厘米以下就属合格。具体到买裤子尺寸，男36，女30就合格。

楼下的45厘米那属毛豆级别标准。 

由於東西方人體型差異，各國所定腰圍標準不同，台灣男性以90公分（36腰）、女性80公分（30腰）為標準。男性腰圍每增加1公分，得到代謝症候群機率上升14％；女生腰圍每增加1公分，得到代謝症候群機率即增加5％
