纪念一下我第一次做成功的煎饺子，用的是不锈钢平底锅，贡献一个小秘方 。

我家没有不沾锅，煎饺子从来都是粘底的，这回做成功真的不容易啊不容易，虽然饺子馅是炒熟的馅，但外表看不出来啊。

贡献一个秘方，不锈钢锅烧热，加好多油，烧热，端起锅转几遍，然后把油倒了。。。再加冷油，快快把生饺子摆好，开火，等饺子皮变硬了铲一铲加点水，盖盖。。。

一定成功！
