还是退休房，和上午的比，怎么样”

三卧两个半bath，2600sqf，没有地下室，但后面有湖。20年新，地税1万。后面有面对湖的covered patio。

上午的这样：

1700sqf，要价33万。六年新，lot大小7000sqf。本来是三卧两卫，一个比较大的厨房和living room，没有专门的dining room和family room，厨房足够空间放六人餐桌了。装修了地下室，就有了一个family room（兼活动室），一个卧室一个卫生间。小区很新，老中不算多，也有5-10%。下午拉领导看房子去。。。
