如何处理油漆痛和油漆

趁这个坛比较热，上来问一下。家里好些油漆桶，有些是空的，有些里面还剩一些，都是有些年头了，所以想处理掉，可是收垃圾的不肯收化学的东西，我该把这些扔那里去呢？谢谢！
