北京的房子价格上看掉得不多，但流动性被限死了，很不好出手

有几位朋友刚开始还挺看好习搞的反腐，但现在一看他要什么公私合营，吓得赶紧卖房要移民了。据他们说北京这段时间房子不好卖了，想换房的人很难拿到贷款，公积金也限死了，夫妻双方只有一方能申请到公积金，这样首付的钱就少了很多，购买力大大下降，富人现在更加不会买房了。
