北京的房租暴涨

政府前段时间又印发了4万亿，而且也不让房价涨，所以房租暴涨了，我刚才上网查了，我去年9千出租的一套，同小区户型不如我的租1万5，当然我全年本来租金也比市场价便宜了两千。另一套我租5千，我邻居租8千多。我刚才跟房客说我也得涨一些，比市场价便宜两千可以，便宜六千不合理。

我估计中国这次不让房价涨的话，其他物价肯定要涨。
